Hospital Registration
Thank you for your interest in giving patients vital resources to help them navigate their ongoing recovery. The American Heart Association and American Stroke Association are sunsetting the Heart and Stroke Helper™ app as part of a strategic update to its digital services, effective June 30.
Therefore, we are no longer enrolling new hospitals, clinics or health systems in the Heart and Stroke Helper app, effective immediately. This shift allows us to focus on improving other tools and programs that support patients in improving and maintaining their heart and brain health.
