The American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association division have discontinued the Heart and Stroke Helper app as part of a strategic update to our digital services. As of June 30, 2026, the app is no longer available, and all user access has been terminated.

We appreciate the patients, caregivers and healthcare organizations who used the Heart and Stroke Helper app to support recovery and ongoing health management.
