Pediatric Hero Nomination
The Pediatric Stroke Hero Award honors a person who is under the age of 18, has survived a stroke and overcome significant hurdles and whose family has used its experience to educate, inspire and bring awareness to stroke.
Nominations can be accepted in any language.
