Gather together at 5:30 PM to meet and greet with light snacks. Opening up with a ten minute meditation and affirmation. Ten to fifteen minutes of housekeeping (planning, updates, etc.). Monthly Health and Wellness promotion. Games and activities. Quarterly celebrations. Open discussions. Fellowship. Partner to exercise and support.


It is the first support group in the area. Phoebe Steele is also a stroke survivor who saw the need for a support group. She saw firsthand the opportunities to build awareness and increase life.


Caregivers welcome, Community Outreach, Educational support, Activity program, In-person support, Regular Meetings, Emotional support


Stroke (ischemic) survivors, Stroke (hemorrhagic) survivors, Open to anyone in the community
