JOIN THE PLANNING:
We are gearing up for May 17, 2026, our 2nd Annual “Lil’ Red Dress & Men Who Impress Healthy Heart Dance-A-Thon”! The challenge is to complete a cardio workout by simply dancing/moving 3 consecutive records to qualify for drawings. Our judge-free zone offers 3 levels of movement participation. The Beginners, Semi-Advanced & Advanced categories will each draw for winner prizes.
