After her husband, Logan, survived a massive hemorrhagic stroke in 2024, sports physical therapist and mom to their 10-month-old, Stacie Barber became his fiercest advocate. She pushed for early mobility in the intensive care unit, blended neuro rehab with strength training at home, and refused to accept limiting predictions.
Logan’s remarkable recovery — walking again, returning to work, lifting weights — led Stacie to create an accessible program for survivors and caregivers. By sharing their journey with millions online, she reduces stigma, empowers families, and proves that when nothing is certain, anything is possible.
