At age 2, Boden Cardio survived multiple rare strokes and an 18‑day hospitalization that reshaped his family’s world. Guided by determination and supported by a pediatric stroke specialist team, Boden relearned to walk, talk and color, celebrating victories big and small.
His family turned fear into purpose by launching The Boden Fund, a nonprofit that equips newly diagnosed families with practical tools, provider questions and compassionate peer support. The Fund supports, educates and empowers other families facing pediatric stroke. Through storytelling, social outreach and care kits, The Boden Fund raises visibility for pediatric stroke and focuses on early action.
