Agenda

. Virginia Mason offers a free virtual stroke support group every month for stroke survivors, their families and caregivers.

These sessions promote a caring virtual environment. The stroke professionals who lead the group understand the stroke recovery journey. You will be able to share your story, ask questions, and hear how others are managing challenges.

During our virtual sessions, we have a variety of speakers, such as physical and occupational therapists, speech therapists, physicians and authors. We offer tips and tools for managing daily activities. Topics have included acupuncture, yoga, relaxation, humor, transportation and returning to driving.
