Agenda

ALL STROKE SURVIVORS/CAREGIVERS/FAMILIES AND FRIENDS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND. EACH MEETING CONSISTS OF AN EDUCATIONAL COMPONENT AND AN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT COMPONENT. A TYPICAL MEETING LAST 1-1 1/2 HRS. WE HAVE AN EXTENSIVE FILE OF THE LATEST ADVANCES IN STROKE THERAPY TREATMENT AT EVERY MEETING AND THE SIGNS/SYMPTOMS OF STROKE ARE STRESSED AND THE EMERGENT NATURE AND THE NEED TO CALL 911. WE HAVE PEERS COME AND SPEAK ON RECOVERY AND HOW THEY ARE DOING NOW. WE GO OVER STROKE CONNECTION ARTICLES
