This is a welcoming, judgment-free peer support group for stroke survivors, caregivers, and loved ones. Our mission is to provide connection, encouragement, education, and hope while helping participants navigate life after stroke. Every recovery journey is unique, and all participants are encouraged to share at their own comfort level. New members are always welcome.
