Agenda

The stroke support group benefits stroke survivors, their caregivers, and family members. The purpose of the group is to provide education, emotional support and challenge and encourage continual progress for survivors.

Notes

At Encompass Health Deaconess Rehabilitation Hospital, we know that life after stroke can include new challenges, but you don't have to go through it alone. Through our stroke support group, you can learn from other survivors and caregivers as you take the next steps in your journey together.
