Sage Rehabilitation Day Neuro is pleased to host a monthly stroke support group for survivors and caregivers. Through building community we will provide a safe space for open discussion, educational resources, emotional support, and peer mentorship. Each month we will tackle different topics that are unique to stroke survivors and caregivers.
