Agenda

 This group is for stroke survivors, family members, and caregivers. Our stroke support group is led by Rehability Occupational Therapist, Desirée Gagné, who has over 25 years of experience, with a specialization in stroke rehabilitation, and has worked in a variety of settings. She is certified in Neuro-Developmental Treatment and is a member of the Neuro-Developmental Treatment Association.

Our goal is to encourage group discussion and peer support, promote increased understanding of stroke recovery and prevention of recurrent strokes, provide education related to therapy/rehabilitation, home safety/modification, community resources, and guest speakers.
