Join us for an interactive online educational presentation and peer connections from your smartphone, computer or tablet! This group is facilitated by Providence Stroke Center nurses and guest speakers who provide support and expertise for stroke survivors and care partners. Attendees are invited to ask questions, suggest education topics and connect with others who are navigating life after stroke. This group is aphasia friendly.
