The HOPE Support Group creates a welcoming environment for those who support or are recovering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Each month features a different topic and guest speakers will be featured. Our mission and vision for persons experiencing stroke and/or cardiovascular disease
is to provide interdisciplinary care within the community setting related to stroke,
cerebrovascular, and cardiovascular health. This group meets the second Wednesday of every month.
