Program functions include socialization, group discussions; activities geared to promote personal fitness; arts & crafts; ceramics; trivia games; exercise; physical therapy (limited); music & reminiscence sessions; guest speakers; and occasional leisure (i.e., recreational) outings. No fee charged to participate.
While light refreshments are usually provided, we strongly encourage participants to bring a bagged lunch.Social group enables members to participate in physical, cognitive and speech exercises, and attend recreational and cultural events. Teach independent living skills and give peer support. Caregivers are encouraged to attend.
