Stroke survivors, families and caregivers are invited to attend our support group. Our goal is to provide education and create a forum where individuals can share experiences, establish new connections, find available resources, and develop a sense of hope and encouragement. Calendar: February 4 – Getting the Right Care at Home: Home Care vs. Home Health March 11– Pharmacy – Managing Your Medications April 1 – Stroke Bingo June 17 – Stroke and Depression August 5 – Walk Better – Even Years After a Stroke September 2 – Lowering Your A1C for Stroke Prevention October 7 – Fall Prevention November 4 – Nutrition and the Holidays December 2 – Holiday Party *Topics subject to change *A complimentary meal will be provided for the stroke survivor and their guest(s).
