Agenda
Our goal is to provide opportunities for stroke survivors and their support person(s) to build friendships, give and receive peer support, and learn about topics that will enhance coping and wellness on the path to recovery.
General Agenda:
Educational speakers 3x per year, focused discussion topics, social and emotional support during each group, and social events (summer picnic and holiday party).
