Agenda

Mission Statement: "To promote lifelong recovery by facilitating conversation, providing education, and fostering connections for stroke survivors and their support systems"
Our stroke support group is facilitated by physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists from the Baylor Scott and White Rehabilitation Center located in Grapevine, Texas. The group is open to anyone who is a stroke survivor, caregiver of a stroke survivor, a support system of a stroke survivor, and those interested in stroke recovery. We encourage building connections among those whose experiences may be similar to your own, and provide education when needed. Our meetings occur virtually through zoom, every third Thursday of the month, all year round.
