This Stroke Support Group was restarted in July. Patients and families are welcomed. This has been advertised on multiple platforms. However, at this time we have had no one register. 
Patient and families are provided the information. 

Notes

Core curriculum and followed by a different presenter each month. For example, after core curriculum, followed by presentation from Pharmacy.  Another month after core curriculum, Therapy.
