Agenda
Our goal with this group is to provide stroke focused education from healthcare workers, survivors, and caregivers, creating an environment where we learn from each. Survivors and caregivers are recognized for personal achievement, have a place to talk, feel support from, gain insight and information, and be a resource for all those in attendance.
Notes
Still new to the area, this group is open to all survivors and caregivers from all surrounding communities. We explore options to help those with physical challenges join our group virtually to aid in their ability to not only participate, but gain some level of support themselves. Any insight/experience with this is appreciated.
