Take Off – A few minutes to center, move, & stretch
Table Topic – 20 minutes of educational topic
Time to Talk – Share/Q&A with trained staff, support mentors, and each other
We provide education and support from healthcare professionals, about stroke prevention and rehabilitation. We encourage survivors and teach them on how to live your best life!
