Group Mission: Provide an opportunity for stroke survivors and their families to come and share their experiences with stroke, learn how to manage challenges and succeed in daily life.Typical meeting: Meetings provide stoke survivors and their families the opportunity to socialize, discuss and obtain education related to stroke and day-to-day management. The meeting locations alternate between Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital and Progress West Hospital, in O'Fallon, MO. Every meeting will have 3 themes and free informational handouts.
