Each Support Group will include guest speakers from our Therapy team and the community to support Stroke Survivors and care partners. We want to provide a place for our community to receive Social Support with both peers and professionals as each individual adjusts to the changes in their lives. The Group can offer survivors, caregivers and other family members chances to share concerns and support each other!
