Agenda

Our monthly support group is led by our staff Social Worker and a rotating clinical expert. We try to prepare 10-15 minutes of content on a specific topic related to the challenges stroke survivors face as they endeavor to improve their health and well-being. Our stated Purpose/Mission Statement is, "to connect like-minded stroke survivors who want to keep overcoming challenges in order to thrive."

Our group is primarily attended virtually but we offer a meeting location for anyone interested.
