The focus will be on providing support, information, and fostering a sense of community. Cry for Help Foundation Stroke Program **1. Welcome and Introductions (10 minutes)** - Opening remarks by the Program Coordinator - Brief introductions by participants (name, relationship to stroke survivor, and any specific interests) **2. Overview of the Cry for Help Foundation and Stroke Program (15 minutes)** - Mission and vision of the foundation - Introduction to the stroke program: purpose and goals - Brief overview of available resources and services **3.
