Agenda
Great Speakers with topics important to the group (i.e. Music therapy, sleep issues, balance/motor, and Tai Chi. Pharmacist discussion OTC Meds and stroke.) 1st 10 minutes greet and introduce new guests. 1 hour presentation with guest presenter. Last half hour: individuals discuss community stroke issues or just socialize.

Bringing together stroke survivors and family/ caregivers to share in topics of interest and personal stories and friendship. A variety of guest speakers with interesting presentations are offered monthly. Offerings have included: Tai Chi and balance after stroke, Art Therapy , Community events and talks with experts in healthcare. Each session will include a guest speaker, and light refreshments and time for socialization. We encourage new members to join into our circle.
