Agenda
Offer peer support, comradery and empathetic listening to all who attend. Arrange and encourage education on continuing stroke recovery, improving health, and navigating life after stroke - presented by other stroke survivors, caregivers and professionals, and aimed at improving the ongoing recovery experience for stroke survivors and their caregivers and loved ones.
