2 fruit, 3 vegetable, 1 1/2 fat
1 1/3 cups diced, peeled beets
1 1/3 cups diced pineapple
1/2 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup water (cold)
1/2 avocado (peeled, pitted)
For smoothie: place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
For juice: pass beets and pineapple through a juicer. Place beet and pineapple juice in a blender with avocado and orange juice. Blend until smooth.
