Who do you go red for and why?
I go red for our big fun family so I can hopefully help them learn what good heart health is. 

How do you prioritize self-care?
I self-prioritize by eating a heart healthy diet and by getting plenty of exercise. 

What do you want women to know about heart disease and stroke?
I want women to know how important it is to listen to your body, to know your numbers, and to keep up with annual physicals with your doctor.
