The American Heart Association (AHA), Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children(link opens in new window) (RMHC) and the AHA's Kids Heart Challenge have a playful new way to get families to start moving together. Select schools in the Denver Metro Area will receive packs of Family Go Cards with fun ideas to shuffle up their physical fitness routines. Kids can pick from more than 50 fun, easy activities to get their whole family moving. As the official partner of AHA youth programs in Colorado, RMHC is the 2019 Kids Heart Challenge sponsor. The Kids Heart Challenge prepares elementary students for future success both physically and emotionally. Through cardio-pumping physical activities, kids learn the importance of being heart-healthy and helping others through fundraising for the American Heart Association.
