Approved documentation may include continuing education unit transcripts or letters from national organizations, college transcripts or proof of attendance at in-services, seminars or workshops.
Re-certification fee is $100 for non-members and $75 for National Stroke Association members – employees of Stroke Center Network facilities and individuals with Professional Society memberships receive a discount on the CSRS recertification fees. Learn more.
