Who do you go red for and why?
I go red for all the other kids that are heart heroes to let them know they are not alone and there are kids right here in the Sacramento area that are just like them.

How do you prioritize self-care?
By making sure I take time out for myself.

What do you want women to know about heart disease and stroke?
To know the signs of heart disease and stroke and to also make sure they also prioritize themselves.
