Dr. Francoise Adan
University Hospitals Connor Integrative Health Network
Dr. Adan is the Medical Director for the University Hospitals Connor Integrative Health Network and the recipient of the Christopher M. & Sara H. Connor Master Clinician in Integrative Health. Under her skilled leadership, Dr. Adan is successfully directing a system-wide initiative where state-of-the-art medical care is blended with innovative, evidence-based therapies and services to bring Optimal Health to all patients, Body, Mind and Spirit.
Dr. Adan trained as a family medicine physician and psychiatrist and is board certified in holistic and integrative medicine. She is also an assistant professor at Case Western University Medical School.
Considering herself an 'eternal student," Dr. Adan believes her patients and students are some of her best teachers. She has witnessed and been impacted by the resilience of thousands of patients and clients during her career, never ceasing to be amazed at the courage individuals possess to transform their own lives.

Center for Workplace Health Research and Evaluation
American Heart Association
Chris currently heads up the newly established Center for Workplace Health Research and Evaluation, which is part of the Center for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the American Heart Association.
He provides research, policy and evaluation support to the AHA’s workplace health initiatives, including American Heart Association CEO Roundtable on workplace health, a coalition of 26 Fortune 500 CEO's committed to creating a culture of health to improve employee health and well-being.
Dave has over 25 years of sales and operations experience in the health and wellness space. His experience covers both the individual side and the corporate wellness space with Life Time Fitness, Club Corporation of American, and now with Wellness IQ.
Dave has designed, developed, and implemented many different types of wellness offerings in the past 25+ years. All of the corporate designs have led to greater workforce productivity, return on investment and overall employee health. Dave is a Certified Health Care Reform Specialist, and he has given many lectures and workshops in the topic of workplace wellness and its positive attributes that lead to a positive impact on employee populations and employer bottom lines.

Sharon Minjares, MBA, MS, RD, LD
Sharon started her career with Geauga Hospital, Chardon, Ohio in 1988 as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist Dietitian. In 1993, she joined Lake Health (formerly Lake Hospital System) as a Health Promotion Dietitian. Her primary responsibilities included development, coordinating and implementing an adult weight management program, Health Heart School Program, nutrition counseling, educating Cardiac Rehab patients and providing label reading tours at local grocery stores.
In 2006, Sharon became the Health Promotion Coordinator, furthering her community outreach programming. In 2010, she opened the Wellness Institute at TriPoint Medical Center. Her strong strategic management, execution and direction; has provided integrative medicine services for Lake Health team members and the community. As the Director of the Wellness Institute and a Board Member for the American Heart Association - Greater Cleveland Division; she combines her passion for food and nutrition and helping people improve their health and well-being.
Sharon received her B.S. in Food an Nutrition from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL; M.S. in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH and MBA from Lake Erie College in Painesville, OH.

Kristin currently manages the American Heart Association’s Workplace Health Solutions program, which was launched on February 1, 2016 in conjunction with the CEO Roundtable and as an evolution of the Fit-Friendly Worksite program.
Kristin collaborates with a cross-functional team to ensure that the American Heart Association meets the needs of employers and employees in the workplace health space and utilizes the workplace as a channel to make a positive impact on the heart health of all Americans. Prior to joining the American Heart Association, Kristin gained valuable experience in behavioral nutrition and physical activity research. This experience has led to a deeper understanding of behavior change and the importance of reaching people where they spend most of their day - at work.
