The National Stroke Association’s Comeback Trail 5K is a national event celebrating the physical, mental, and spiritual journey of stroke recovery. Every step you take and every dollar you raise for the Comeback Trail will provide hope after stroke to the seven million stroke survivors in the United States. Join us, as we raise awareness and funds to support the ongoing needs of the stroke community.
The Comeback Trail is open to both walkers and runners. While there is no fee to register, we encourage participants to fundraise in order to contribute to the cause and raise awareness in their community. Team up with family, friends, co-workers, and loved ones to support stroke survivors and their circle of care.
