When you or a loved one has experienced a stroke, it can help to talk with people who have been there. That's why the stroke team at Texoma Medical Center holds a stroke support group. Survivors and their caregivers are invited to attend. The TMC Stroke Support Group meetings feature speakers and focus on specific stroke-related topics such as community resources, stroke education, social support, and coping skills and mechanisms. We meet every third Wednesday of each month at 9:00. You can register for the group at texomamedicalcenter.net/stroke-support-group or call 903-416-3627. Once you register, the program coordinator will contact you with instructions on how to join the video conference.
