  • There are two parking lots once you turn off of Gravois. Our entrance is closer to the further parking lot after you turn off Gravois. Once you arrive, our front desk will help assist you to the conference room.

Please join us for a stroke support group at the Sunset Hills Day Institute! All stroke survivors are welcome. We have a rotating topic discussions each month! Please feel free to email to be added to our email list with updates. We will look forward to seeing you at our next meeting!
