Agenda

Meetings include community participants and patients in the hospital and caregivers who have been impacted by stroke. 
Meetings generally start with introductions then flow into a brief speaker followed by open discussion/questions, open discussion on a specific topic led by CVMC staff or a planned activity.  
Variety of topics covered. 
Casual meetings. 
Some group members often go out to eat after the meetings.   
Food and beverage may or may not be provided

CVMC Stroke Support Group offers education and resources to stroke survivors, their families and caregivers, and provides an opportunity to support each other striving to rebuild their lives while also promoting health, independence and well-being. 
Your recovery from stroke is important to us.
