Agenda
This educational and support series is for stroke patients, those at risk for stroke, and their family members.
We talk monthly about the challenges and victories that we have faced recently, as well as gather to learn new information about a variety of topics including health issues related to stroke, exercise and stroke recovery, nutrition and healthy choices to name a few. We also participate in social outings to experience each others company and to regain confidence in our community mobility skills!
Programs are held on the first Wednesday of the month. Series speakers include physicians, physical, occupational, recreation and speech therapists, dietitians and other community support professionals.
