National Stroke Association is honored to work with the stroke survivors whose stories fill the pages of StrokeSmart™ magazine. This quarterly publication is filled with inspirational real-life stories of survivors and their life-long recovery from stroke. The magazine also gives tips, ideas and suggestions on how to make a stroke survivor’s life easier. Each issue covers the latest in stroke research on medicines and rehabilitation techniques.

The magazine is supported by donations and advertising. National Stroke Association does not charge a subscription fee for US residents. If you are interested in getting a free subscription just sign up.
