In 2008, she founded her own company, Partners on the Path, to teach professional and family caregivers how to maintain their well-being and capacity to care by practicing healthy self-care. Jane is also director of caregiver wellness programs for the National Family Caregivers Association. In 2011, Jane published The Caregiver’s Guide to Self-Care: Help for Your Caregiving Journey. |
