Stroke Rapid Response™ Supplementary Training Supply Set
Replenish Comprehensive Training Kit supplies or order materials necessary to complete the accreditation process with the Basic Classroom Kit. The set includes 25 pre-assessment exams, 25 post-assessment exams, and 25 Training Certificates of Attendance, which states that participants have completed 2 hours of stroke training. Course certificates are issued by National Stroke Association upon receipt of correctly completed pre-and post- test exams.
Stroke Rapid Response™ Online Training

Stroke Rapid Response™ Rules for the Road™ Field Guide
This 14-page key-ring laminated card set is easily attached to a medical box, bag or clip board. This field guide includes recommendations for the chain of events and triaging stroke patients, 10 Steps for Patient Assessment, stroke signs and symptoms, and pre-hospital stroke assessment tools.
Stroke Rapid Response™ Training Certificate of Attendance
This colorful certificate is given to each participant as he/she completes the training. Document states that participant has completed 2 hours of stroke training. Participant information is to be completed by trainer/administrator the day of training. Certificates are sold in groups of 25.
