Be sure to give your group a unique name that helps people identify where you’re located or where you meet. For example, include your city or part of town, hospital or facility name, or other unique identifiers. A generic name like “Stroke Support Group” will make it hard for people to find your listing.
To update your listing: Please look for your support group here to see when your listing was last updated. If it needs to be updated, use the form below and indicate in the “Notes” field that this is an update of an existing listing. It may take up to 2 weeks for your listing to be updated once the form is submitted.
