Jane Hamilton has been a nurse for 38 years and family caregiver for 20 years. In 2008, she founded her own company, Partners on the Path, to teach professional and family caregivers how to maintain their well-being and capacity to care by practicing healthy self-care. Jane is also director of caregiver wellness programs for the National Family Caregivers Association. In 2011, Jane published The Caregiver’s Guide to Self-Care: Help for Your Caregiving Journey.
