Join or Support Our 2013 Aquaphor New York City Triathlon Stroke Challenge team

National Stroke Association is a 2013 charity partner of the Aquaphor New York City Triathlon and will support a team of athletes in the race. By participating as a member of the 2013 Aquaphor New York City Triathlon Stroke Challenge team, you’ll have an opportunity to support compelling education and programs focused on prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and support for all impacted by stroke.

This year’s triathlon team is now forming! To join the team, please submit an application.

Two Ways to Be on the Team

1. I don’t have a spot in the triathlon—how can I get one? As a charity partner, we have a limited number of entries you can apply for. Acceptance to National Stroke Association’s 2013 Stroke Challenge team secures your entry into the race. Team members must commit to raising a minimum of $2,500 or more by Sept. 30, 2013, for National Stroke Association. Don’t wait—spots are in demand and fill quickly!

2. I already have a spot in the triathlon—can I still help? Yes, National Stroke Association would love to have you be a part of the team and make a difference for stroke. Pledge to raise at least $500 for National Stroke Association and you’re on the team! The deadline to join the team and receive a shirt is June 1, 2013. Applications will be taken after this date but will not guarantee a shirt.
