A unique way to support the fight against stroke is through a gift in memory or honor of someone. One hundred percent of your donation will go directly toward National Stroke Association’s programming.
An honorary gift honors the life of a stroke survivor or someone who is still with us.
A memorial gift remembers a loved one, colleague or someone who passed away. Often, memorial gifts can help with the grieving process and allow family and friends to heal from their loss.
Either gift can be made to commemorate a special occasion, such as a wedding, birthday, retirement or anniversary.
National Stroke Association is deeply moved you’ve chosen to honor someone through a financial contribution. Your support allows us to fulfill our mission to reduce the incidence and impact of stroke.
If you choose, National Stroke Association will notify a designated family member of your gift. The amount of your gift will not be shared. In addition, you will receive an acknowledgment suitable for tax purposes. Please allow up to three weeks for the designated family member to receive notification of your gift.
