	2013 NYC Half March 17, 2013 Members of National Stroke Association’s inaugural NYC Half marathon Stroke Challenge team will run 13.1 miles through New York City, including iconic Times Square.
	2013 TD Bank Five Boro Bike Tour May 5, 2013 National Stroke Association’s team of cyclists will participate in a 42-mile course through each of New York City’s five boroughs.
	2013 Marine Corps Historic Half May 19, 2013 National Stroke Association is recruiting an inaugural team to participate in the Marine Corps Historic Half marathon. Runners will complete 13.1 miles from Central Park to Hospital Hill in Fredericksburg, Va., to be greeted by Marines at the finish line.
	2013 Aquaphor New York City Triathlon July 14, 2013 Members of National Stroke Association’s triathlon team will participate in a 1.5-km swim, a 40-km bike and a 10-km run throughout New York City. There are still a limited number of spots on the 2013 team.
	2013 Marine Corps Marathon October 27, 2013 As a 2013 charity partner of the Marine Corps Marathon, National Stroke Association is excited to support a team of athletes running 26.2 miles through our nation’s capital.

Event Name: Living Well with a Chronic Condition
Event Sponsor: Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon Department of Human Services

Event Description: Living Well with Chronic Conditions is a six-week workshop that provides tools for living a healthy life with chronic health conditions, including diabetes, arthritis, asthma and heart disease. Through weekly sessions, the workshop provides support for continuing normal daily activities and dealing with the emotions that chronic conditions may bring about.
