Starting a stroke support group can be a daunting task. Here at National Stroke Association, we developed Discovery Circles, a comprehensive resource to assist you as you develop, facilitate and manage your support group. Support groups based on Discovery Circles allow stroke survivors and caregivers to set individualized goals, share knowledge and empower one another. The guide enables you to develop a stroke support group that will complement other rehabilitation programs for recovery. |
