National Stroke Association has adopted the newest standard of community outreach, CarePages, because of its commitment to providing quality resources.

CarePages are free, private, personalized Web pages available to stroke survivors and families through the National Stroke Association website. This service helps family and friends communicate with loved ones during a time when support is needed. CarePages can be created and used at any stage of care, and they don’t have an end date.

Share photos, contact information, visiting hours if applicable and relay information when the time is right for you.  Friends and loved ones can visit your CarePage and be kept up-to-date on your condition and provide you with emotional support.

Visit www.carepages.com/stroke to create a CarePage!
