Meet in the Middle

By Dan Mountain

I think sometimes I'm getting better,
as the rest of the world keeps getting worse.
One day we'll probably meet in the middle.
What happens next, we can only imagine.

After a miraculous recovery from a three-week coma, stroke survivor Dan Mountain began to write poetry about his experience. He and his friend Marc Black then put the words to music in a CD aptly titled “Stroke of Genius.” To learn more about Dan’s story, read the feature in the March/April 2006 issue of Stroke Smart magazine.
